Lani is a spaz!

So, what would you do if your little sister called, and said, I quote, "Jess, don't freak out but Dad is in the hospital and the Doctors say there is something seriously wrong with his heart." Just asking b/c that is what Lani said to me today when she called me at work. So, of course, I'm freaking out BIG time!
He is ok, as far as I know. He had really high blood pressure and was also feeling a lot of pressure on his chest, neck and head. So he went to his heart dr. and he told him to go straight to the hospital where they admitted him and have been doing tons of tests on him. It's funny b/c with my heart trouble lately I knew all the tests he was talking about b/c I just had them! He's gonna be ok. They are keeping him overnight to do another test when his stomach is empty. Or, as Jenn says, just b/c they can and they want some money. The main thing they're afraid of is that he'll have a stroke, so they're being really careful with him. I just hope everything is ok. It's so frustrating being so far away and not being able to visit him and take care of him.
Something good that happened today, though, was that Jenn went after work and visited with Dad for a while and he said they had a really nice talk. So, that makes me really happy! I want them to have a good relationship with one another. And maybe it takes something like this for it to happen but so be it, right? I just can't wait to see all of them. I am big and fat but hey, it's all good! Family is all that matters people!
