well, it's been qutie a while since my last post. not too much going on now. shane and the boys are super busy with harvest. i'm going to be driving truck this year...sometime.

we love our house! it is absolutely cute! haha! makenzie is getting so big! she rolls all over the place and can almost sit up by herself. she still loves to have you hold her so that she can stand on her legs. so that's good. she's been trying to crawl but she just isn't quite strong enough yet. she does are really good job of scooting herself. it's pretty funny to watch. she is laughing all the time. even when she is all alone in a room. she sticks her tongue out at everyone. g-ma and g-pa VO got her a swing to put on blake's toy house thingy, and yesterday i put her in it and she was laughing and screaming the whole time! so, hopefully she'll get used to swinging now so she won't be afraid later!

i don't have any new pictures but i will work hard this week to put some up! pretty much not much going on...well, we did transfer to our new ward, with doug and laura. i really like it! it's a bit smaller than our last ward, but not by much. i really like being in nursery. sunday was my first time, (i stayed home last sunday b/c kenzie was up all night!!) and i got to meet some sisters and the kids. they are so cute! i think it's going to be lots of fun!

melyssa is coming today to stay til friday, and jer is in town, we're going to have a bb-q one night! yum!

today i'm just cleaning house, cutting grass, cooking food, and caring for the monster. pretty laid back...(just like every day of my life!) shane and i are giving talks in church this sunday so i'll keep working on that. i've got it finished, i just want to make sure it makes sense. other than that, i'm not doing anything.

i'm loving my life right now. sometimes i think about what our life would be like if we had waited to have makenzie. i wish we had had more time to just be a married couple. but, then again, i wouldn't trade her for anything in the world!! she makes me laugh so hard, and she can't even talk yet! she loves me and needs me and that feels really neat. she keeps me company, and she thinks i'm funny!!! i told shane that is one of the coolest things! i FINALLY have someone to laugh at my jokes...even though i'm NEVER funny!!! haha! well, I think i'm funny!
